On a hike through the Alpstein Mountains, we spent the night on the highest peak, the Säntis. From the parade viewing mountain you have a fantastic panoramic view. It was late autumn and even during the day the misty haze was visible, but in the evening this scenery unfolded its enchanting beauty in the evening light. I have been going to the mountains for a long time, but I had never experienced such an atmosphere. But the sunrise was also indescribably beautiful, and getting up early was rewarded with wonderful atmospheres. In this series I would like to show the color moods in the mountains
I am 54 years old and live in Seligenstadt, Hesse. For many years, I worked as a landscape gardener, where I was able to work creatively with nature. Due to tragic events, I can no longer pursue my profession, which gave me time to devote more intensively to photography. Initially, it was primarily while traveling and in nature that I discovered abstract and contemporary photography. With a camera, you can create beautiful, individual works of art; you just have to get involved. This doesn't happen at the push of a button, however; it happens intuitively, based on the situation.
