In the Adults Children project I am interested in what changes occur to a person over the years. Each diptych consists of two portraits of the same person and the hero’s text about himself or herself.The portrait on the left side reflects two ages, on the right side reflects the multi-layered personality of an individual who has absorbed the experience of an adult and a child.Caption reveals the psychological changes and values of the hero. Adults Children is about how a person feels the “running of time” inside and how it is expressed outside. This is an opportunity to hear the music of time.
Anna Poroshina is an interdisciplinary artist. Selected mediums: photography, digital collage, video art. The main themes in the author’s work are variability and temporality. Art studies connected with projects of Anna Poroshina focus on the determination of a human's role within the context of the rapidly changing world and its components. Anna’s works were presented at the exhibitions in Russia, the USA, Italy, Greece and the Netherlands.
