My work is an exploration of dreams, experiences, and ideas. This Self- Portrait is about a feeling and a place I imagined right before I woke up. That point when you are still sleeping but you begin to realize that it is a dream and reality starts to morph with fantasy. The door represents the real world as a portal between this one and the dream world.
