Hurting I was in a tremendous amount of pain when I took this image. I wasn’t aware of the tumours at that time. I didn’t feel too terrible at first to be honest, thought I would just do a quick shoot & play with the light. My hand was trembling with the shutter remote and I knew it was going to kick off, I just knew it! Why now? No! I’m doing my shoot, pain, you are not going to stop me! I pressed the shutter remote with tears streaming down my face. It’s hard to explain what pain feels like sometimes, but this is how pain looks. It’s not pretty, it hurts.
