Brazil, a huge country known for its people, its warmth and its spirit of joy. Brazilians love to party, dance, and have fun. Its carnivals inflame the hearts and make vibrate the Brazilian people who throw themselves into it. When people look at my photos, I want them to be literally swept up in the Brazilian "alegria", to feel the freedom, the joy, and to just want to mingle with the crowd. I capture moments of spontaneity in order to preserve the pure emotion, the authentic atmosphere that emanates from these carnivals.
