Taking pictures of foxes can be really painful. I don't know how many days I was running around to find the fox burrow, but I know I got a lot of painful blisters on my feet. It was a very emotional and intimate moment that I was allowed to photograph when the vixen cuddled her almost two-week-old cub. She was very careful and almost tender. I had the impression that she trusted me and so I was able to capture several intimate moments between her and her cub.
