As a photographer of abandoned places I often have to deal with environments that survive exclusively in a mantacy of darkness. Melancholy is the main feeling. But there are rare moments when light manages to filter creating magic: in those moments light blesses the ancient architectural splendor of places normally corrupted by decadence. In those moments you are a privileged spectator of the last shots of pride of structures destined to collapse or fade with time.
