This series captures the ongoing Covid work that I have been a part of this year. It’s been intense, exhausting, and a time of unprecedented camaraderie. Our work has taken us into migrant workers' dorms and quarantine facilities; I have seen how communicating with respect and empathy has helped melt away the fear that was so evident in the migrant workers' eyes. Behind the scenes, there are those who pack quarantine kits, checking each thermometer before inserting it into the kit; and those who attend endless meetings through weekends and holidays to make sure everything runs smoothly.
