A penguin dived past the glass and, for a few seconds, the noisy aquarium disappeared. In the dark water there was only this: a taut body sliding down through blackness, rim light tracing its back, a thin trail of bubbles marking the way it came. I converted the frame to black and white because the moment itself felt monochrome — no crowd, no colour, no sound. Just a small bird flying, in the only sky it has.
