Snowy Owl hunting. I had the chance and privilige to observe and photograph some Snowy Owls in Ontario, Canada last year (2025) in January. I love photographing during the blue hour. And this was such a moment, as she set off for a cold January night in the snow-covered corn fields. This female got curious and came flying by. I could only hear the winter wind , there was not a single sound from her when she flew past me.
Alex Brackx is an awarded and published Wildlife photographer from Belgium. When he studied to be a nature guide, he began with documentary photography. Amongst his favorite areas are Kenya, Botswana, Svalbard, Scandinavia, Tasmania and Mongolia.
