The Italian side of Mont Blanc (4.807 m), the main peak of the Alpine massif of the same name, on the border between Italy and France. The first to climb Mont Blanc were the doctor and scientist Michel Gabriel Paccard and the crystal prospector and mountain guide Jacques Balmat, who conquered the summit on August 8, 1786. This historic feat is considered the birthplace of modern mountaineering. In this photograph, the mountain magically emerges from the autumn mists, revealing only the ridgeline With Hasselblad 500 CM, a Carl-Zeiss 250 mm lens, and Kodak Tri-x 400 film.
I live in a small town in Monferrato, a countryside region in Piedmont, Italy. I started making photography my job in 2012, first as a mountain sports photographer, then as a fashion photographer. However, since I was young, my passion has been for the landscape. With analogue photography, I search for myself, taking back my time. For me photography is a real obsession, an essential part of myself.
