I wanted to capture the raw power, theatricality, and unique visual identity of Kaizers Orchestra. From dramatic silhouettes and cinematic stage lighting to explosive crowd moments and intimate musical details, these images tell the story of a band that transforms a concert into a complete artistic experience. My goal was to convey the intensity, emotion, and connection between the performers and thousands of fans, creating a visual narrative that reflects the energy, atmosphere, and unmistakable spirit of a sold-out night in Stavanger.
Morten Rygaard is a photographer who does not stop at dreaming. His camera takes his viewers on a journey where the dialectics of can and cannot are erased, and suspends them in a space where anything is possible.
