Born in Istanbul in 1992, Esra is a fine art photographer who graduated top of her class from Marmara University’s Faculty of Fine Arts. Rooted in psychology, mythology, and the notion of time, her work explores trauma, emotional rupture, and the space between consciousness and the unconscious. She sees photography as a language for repressed feelings and a mirror to inner wounds. Esra has exhibited internationally and collaborates with brands on concept-driven projects.
