My project talks about the instability and chaos that comes with not having a home, your own space. To formalize this feeling, in the project I have made an analogy between the migration of birds associated with instability and constant movement. The work is made from video captures and photographs that I record on the routes I have taken over the last two years. I work with experimental analog photography techniques combined with digital images. The bed as a performative element and body fragments appear as a symbolic element of the project.
“Mixing and experimentation are a constant in my projects, which are the result of the use of different techniques, materials and supports and the fusion of disciplines such as photography, design or installation. I develop all this interdisciplinarity from the conceptual base that has become the axis of most of my pieces: fragility. Most of the time I work autobiographically through self-portraits, family archive photographs and my own vulnerability.”
