I have spent many years photographing horses and have published two books on equine photography. This particular photograph captures a young Lithuanian Heavy Draft stallion on an early summer morning. Stasys Povilaitis was born in Kaunas on 31 October 1948. From 1966 to 1973, he studied at Panev?žys Evening Faculty of Kaunas Polytechnic Institute.
