All of the images here showcases the diverse wildlife of India. India is the only country to have Golden Tigers in the wild which are only four in number. One of the images shows the golden tiger in it's habitat. Four images highlights the natural behavior of the subjects. Interdepence of wildlife is shown in three of the images which includes a Tiger right after it has hunted down a spotted deer calf, a jungle myna looking for parasites inside the nose of a spotted deer, the other where a jungle myna is looking for insects on the wound of an asiatic water buffalo. The others are portraits.
This is Sumon, a photographer for the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. I capture everything from nature to archihecture to heritage sights to food for the government to promote tourism in my country.
