The photographic project "Human in Space" is a visual study about the effect of space on human perceptiveness. Architectural design, the influx of light, color, classification of objects, construction materials, all interact in the unconscious of the human brain and influence its psychology. In short terms, the photographic series concerns a closer relationship that is created between the animate and inanimate material world.
Ypatia Kornarou was born in Athens where she takes pictures and lives. She firstly studied economics and then she continued her studies in photography. In March 2024 she held her first solo exhibition entitled “Phenomenon” in Russia, in the city of Nizhny Tagil at Gallery Space Place. On June 2nd, the photography exhibition “Phenomenon” transfered to the Museum of Fine Arts in Nizhny Tagil, Russia.
