THIS SERIE OF PHOTOGRAPHS SHOWS SOME OF THE MOST IMPRESSIVE LANDSCAPES OF THE NATURAL PARKS OF THE PRINCIPALYTY OF ASTURIAS (NW SPAIN). ALL PHOTOGRAPHS WERE TAKEN WITH HASSELBLAD 501C AND HASSELBLAD SWC CAMERAS, LOADED WITH KODAK TRI-X 400 AND ILFORD HP5 PLUS. ND AND GND FILTER WERE USED TOO. THE AIM OF THIS WORK IS TO SHOW THE BEAUTY OF THIS PART OF SPAIN, FROM THE WILD COAST CLIFFS TO THE EPIC CANTABRIAN MOUNTAINS UNDER A NEW POINT OF VIEW, THE CLASSIC BLACK AND WHITE ANALOG FILM LOOK. My name is Juan de Tury and I have a PhD in Geology and a Superior Grade on Photography. I am official supplier of the Principality of Asturias Tourism Agency as a photographer, providing them with images for the promotion of the county.I also regularly collaborate with popular magazines, agencies, companies and local and national media.
