Can any city belong to someone? Indeed, can it? Due to many reason I left my country and live in U.S. for ten years, but still can't find a place or city where I belong. I've been travel to Tokyo many times in the recent years, and Tokyo is a city with full of immigrants from other country or from other city in Japan. As I walk on the street, I relized they don't have any emotion on their face, and they are living hard life and make lots sacrifice to stay in Tokyo, and most of them can't find the belonging to this city. Can Tokyo belong to anyone? Will they take it if it can?
