Tattooing has a long history in Taiwan, where it was initially viewed as a deviant subculture. However, nowadays, tattoos have become a form of fashion and art. Tattoos have become a way for young people to express themselves and pursue individuality. Through tattoos, young people can express their thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and other aspects of themselves on their bodies, showing off their unique style and personality. Secondly, tattoos have also become a way for young people to engage with community culture.
