Influenced by Japanese Aminism, he created this work with the idea that a god may dwell in a kimono. In this photograph, the kimono, which should not be wet because it damages the fabric, is daringly wetted with water to obtain a unique luster and expression. Also, since water has been used in Japan since ancient times as a sacred and purifying substance, it matches the expression of something sacred.
Using water and kimonos, I creates artworks on the theme of Japanese culture and Japanese religious beliefs.
