A series of work looking at the human mind's inability to perceive the vastness of time and humanity's fragility within it. "Fossil" is a collection of prehistoric plants that evolved before the evolution of bees. Choosing these living fossils creates a tactile reality compared to stone fossils which creates an unrelatable distance in the mind. A species normally lasts around 10-20 million years, these living fossils show the duality of both hope and frailty of life.
