Terry Vitacco’s “Meta Mama Operas” are surreal photographic composites. This series celebrates the love, dysfunction, irony, melancholy, and humor of family life. Each composite is a time capsule that holds a collection of memories so that future generations may discover them. Her fantastical images are created from her original photos, vintage family pictures and scanned artifacts.
