As a monstrous Covid-19 tsunami ravages continents, indiscriminately flooding the homes of towns and large cities with contagions and death. From then on, our reality changed its texture, plunging us into a kind of overwhelming delirium, in a recurring apocalyptic scenario of confinement and social isolation. And like a real war without a physical enemy and without a quarter, the hospitals, and specifically the ucis, became the trenches where the toughest and most multifaceted battles could be waged on a daily basis, and for too long. the intrahistory lived by the health professionals of ICU.
