This is a study about using studio lights to shoot action sports. Because of the pandemic, traveling was very restricted for me in 2020. Most of the shots are from around California, where I'm living at the moment. But I was able to work with some of the best athletes in the world in their respective sports to achieve the shots you see here. Using powerful flashes opens a lot of possibilities when shooting surfing, biking or motocross and it definitely creates a unique look.
