For me as an admirer of façades, Omnizorg in Apeldoorn (NL) is a very nice complex. The building's destination is a shelter for the homeless, drug addicts and people with psychiatric disorders. In addition to this noble function, the façade also expresses a bright and uplifting playfulness through the colourful window shutters in many different positions in combination with the reflective / glazed surface of the bricks.
