Small Pine Very Big

That pretty little pine tree was one of many reef pines (in german Riffkiefer) in the Saxon Switzerland. It was really one of the smallest. It is a pity that it unfortunately did not survive the persistent drought of recent years and that it has apparently dried up for good this year. I love our reef pines and I am so sad, that it no longer exists. This evening was amazing. The light changed every minute and there were many very different images that you would not believe that they were all taken in just one evening at just one sunset.
