From a single cell, scientists can tell us who our ancestors were. This series DNA Embedded is a self-portraits series. The two elements in the photographs, the subject is the metaphor of human and the ancient writing (in Latin and ancient Chinese) is the metaphor of history. The DNA in our veins connects human being and history together. The series has been created to celebrate human dreams and achievements throughout history.
