In a country with traditional and patriarchal society and laws, the acceptance of women as second sex and the forced veil along with the popularity of appearance-oriented attitude through the cyberspace have all led to women. They do not have a positive understanding of their appearance. Some of them have confusion about their identity. Therefore, they often suffer from lack of self-confidence. At the same time, they are extremely inclined to perform numerous cosmetic surgeries and inappropriate make-up and use of heterogeneous jewelry. Perhaps they are trying to find a new identity.
