During good friday in Lucban many devotees flock to join the century old tradition. Most women and family of the owner will be in charge in changing clothes of the image which they called "pagbibihis". The priest will give blessing to the image by holy water and burning of incense before the procession starts. Most people join the procession and all men will take part of pulling of ropes or "usong" then women are waiting during the transition where they will accompany the carriage back to the house of the dead christ.
