The mother–daughter relationship (The bond between mother and daughter) can be very intense, but also full of harsh confrontations. The sense of protection that I feel toward her, my daughter, is measured actually in “distance", in accepting that she necessarily escapes to the mother's control. Is an inevitable misunderstanding, made of silent love words, that will lead us one day to find ourselves more alike than we think.
