My name is Masha, and sometimes i feel sad. I cry when I'm very sick or upset. I cry when the happiness of meeting overflows me, I cry when I have to say goodbye to my beloved and dearest people. And that's fine. It makes me human, it makes me myself. When we do not give ourselves the right to negative emotions - we deny ourselves a very important need - feelings, to be heard.We need support and comfort, even if we are very strong. Without grief - we cannot experience real joy. Only you can say to yourself, "Yes, I am upset now, but I will be fine, this is normal."
